D'carbon Hawthorne is an absolute gem! This Peruvian restaurant truly stands out with its commitment to fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every dish we tried was extremely tasty, honoring Peruvian gastronomy. The ceviche was good, and while it could use just a touch more salt, it was still enjoyable. Beyond that minor note, everything was excellent, from flavor, presentation and the decoration. The service was really good as well, with special thanks to our waiter Kevin, who was incredibly kind and professional. We can't wait to go back!

First time visiting. Amazon atmosphere, decor and lively music. We ate at the bar, and what a great time. The servers were very helpful, took their time making recommendations on the iPad menu. Their recommendations were excellent! You can tell the food was freshly made, taste was excellent. Jessy the bartender was awesome, very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

The food and service here never fails !! Everything is always delicious and fresh.. My wife and I love coming to this location. Everyone is so friendly from the time you walk in & leave. But this time we went was one of the best. Sandra gave us the best service we’ve ever had here. Very attentive & extremely polite! She came to our table multiple times to make sure everything was to our expectation even with how busy the time we went was. Thank you Sandra for excellent service :)

I love Peruvian food. I have been to another D’Carbon but not to this one. It did not disappoint. Everything was so delicious: the Chicken , the fries, the rice chaufa with beef, chicken and shrimp , the yuquita fritas, the mixed grilled platter with pork chops and beef and chicken and the salads. The place is well decorated. We were a group of 6. Definitely coming back.

Wow! Just when we thought we couldn't love D'Carbon more, our visit to the Hawthorne location last night absolutely blew us away. We are frequent visitors to their Paterson spot, but decided to try Hawthorne, and it was easily one of the best dining experiences we've had. The food, it's consistently outstanding. The meat arrived perfectly sizzling and was incredibly delicious, cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. It's genuinely something we crave! But it doesn't stop there; the salad was fresh and crisp, the fish was absolutely top-notch, and even the drinks were perfectly made. Everything that hit our table was clearly prepared with care and quality ingredients. Beyond the amazing food, the atmosphere in the Hawthorne location was fantastic. There was great music playing that really added to a vibrant, enjoyable vibe. It just feels good being there. Cannot recommend D'Carbon highly enough. If you're looking for consistently amazing latin food, great drinks, a lively atmosphere with good music, and service that goes the extra mile, this is your spot!!

Went here last week for the first time and it was absolutely delicious!!!! The music and vibes were definitely there the only thing I’m not a fan of is the valet parking I don’t like that I can park my own car and they have signs that states a limit on seating so I thought that was kind of tacky but the food was very good I will say!
